Type D Two-room apartment

40 m² / up to 4 people
Our Type D two-room apartment is located on the first floor, reachable via a short flight of stairs (18 steps).
Overlooking the west side, which is the quietest part of the property, with afternoon sun exposure, it's the ideal place for an outdoor dinner on the small balcony furnished with a table and chairs.

The interior layout is well-designed.
The central bathroom effectively separates the living area from the bedroom.
In the living area, you'll find a round table, a TV, and a double sofa bed with orthopedic mattresses.
The second bed is pull-out and can be placed alongside the first, neatly integrated into a bridge-style storage unit.
The double bedroom, separated by a door, ensures privacy.
The kitchenette is equipped with induction hobs, a fridge with a large freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven (which can be replaced with a conventional oven on request).
